  I wouldn't even give this place ONE star, except you have to give it something. They were open when they said they were...Maybe that deserves a star.
  
  This place was so incredibly disappointing, I don't even know where to begin. I have no idea where any 5 star review of this place came from, but I can certainly tell you it wasn't from our family, or anyone sitting anywhere near us. Everyone was unhappy with the service and the food quality. They had to ask repeatedly where their food was, or tell them their order was wrong. We arrived at 10am, it was pretty busy when we got there, but within 15 minutes, emptied. We were then one of 5 other families inside, 2 of them already with food. We were told they were out of gravy, which happens... However, it IS a breakfast restaurant. We ended up ordering an omelet, a pancake, and a breakfast platter plate (bacon, biscuit, scrambled eggs and home fries.) It took 50 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it got there, it was a bit cold and the eggs were rubbery. Also, apparently they were out of home fries so they made me hash browns instead, without okay-ing with me or letting me know. Just, "oh sorry, we were out." Well you had an HOUR to tell me. And the food they did get right certainly was not hot off the grill. The pancake didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. While we were waiting for our food, the manager was walking around and asking everyone how their food was or if they needed anything, however not once came to our table. There's only like 12 tables in the place! He never once acknowledged us. He went to tables multiple times, never once coming to ours. Had someone just walked up, smiled and apologized for the wait, it would have been very appreciated and made the situation a lot better. Also, a tall, thin waitress with blonde hair also rolled her eyes at my kids THREE times when she walked by us. Perhaps my toddler wouldn't have been crying, had our food not taken an HOUR to arrive...wrong...and cold. I will NEVER return to this place and I will be sure to let everyone know my experience.
  
  I never leave negative reviews because I just give people the benefit of a doubt, however this place just took the cake with poor service and food.

  Great people who work there and really enjoy the other patrons company. I' be gone here for about 8 years. Great food. Kind of like cheers where everyone knows everyone.
